该抗一氧化氮合酶诱导型兔pAb经验证可用于冰冻切片、WB、ICC、石蜡切片，以检测诱导型一氧化氮合酶。

与bNOS或eNOS无交叉反应。与测定条件相关的变量将决定适当的工作稀释度。
抗iNOS免疫细胞化学的推荐程序
：1.在适当的培养基中培养细胞。
2.通过用含有以下成分的新鲜培养基预处理细胞16小时来诱导NOS：不添加（对照），干扰素-γ（50 ng/ml），LPS（30 µg/ml）或干扰素加LPS。
3.用磷酸盐缓冲盐水（PBS）清洗细胞3-5分钟。
4.在室温下用2%皂苷渗透10分钟。
5.室温下在4%福尔马林中固定10分钟。
6.用PBS清洗3-5分钟。
7.在室温下用PBS中以1：500稀释的抗iNOS培养20分钟。
8.用PBS清洗3-5分钟。
9.用生物素化二抗（即生物素结合的山羊抗兔IgG，目录号401313）培养。清洗；与抗生物素蛋白结合的碱性磷酸酶（目录号189726或189732）一起培养。
10.用萘酚AS磷酸盐/固红紫色LB（目录号477758）或萘酚AS磷酸盐/新品红（目录号477759）展开。
