This antibody reacts with solid phase ACTH either captured as part of a sandwich or adsorbed as a solid phase antigen and as such is suitable for serum assay development
The antibody is also reactive on formalin fixed paraffin wax embedded tissue and is therefore suitable for immunocytochemistry
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
This antibody is specific for CLIP (17-39 ACTH) and no cross reaction with Synacthen (1-24 ACTH).
