General description
一种内部猝灭的、荧光的10氨基酸肽底物，可用于通过连续荧光测定法监测TNF-α转化酶（TACE）活性。也可用于筛选TACE抑制剂（当底物浓度为Vmax的一半时，kcat = 21.6 s-1，S0.5 = 342 µM）。底物在Ala-Val酰胺键处断裂。基质基本上不被MMP-1、MMP-9或MMP-13切割。在水性缓冲液中表现出更好的溶解度。**激发波长：~320 nm；**发射波长：~420 nm。
