Product Description
General description
一种具有免疫抑制和抗肿瘤特性的喹啉羧酸衍生物。通过阻断哺乳动物线粒体二氢乳清酸脱氢酶（DHODH；IC50=12 nM）的活性抑制嘧啶合成。不影响非哺乳动物物种中的DHODH。 还报告可抑制粘附分子的糖基化。 增强U1690小细胞肺癌细胞对TRAIL诱导的凋亡的敏感性，并协同增强阿霉素（~100µM）的抗肿瘤作用。
