General description
NRLP6（NALP6）（也称为含热蛋白的Apaf-1样蛋白5或PYPAF5）属于蛋白质家族，在凋亡和炎症信号传导中起关键作用。其表达高度限于粒细胞和T细胞。NALP6与ASC的共表达导致胱天蛋白酶-1依赖性细胞因子加工的协同激活，随后的NF-kB激活以及PYPAF5在细胞质中的点状结构的下游募集。NALP6/PYPAF5基因座中的重叠基因编码两个V2型加压素同种受体：血管紧张素-加压素受体（AVR）和非AVR。
