Mr 66 kDa

超迁移分析：
据报道，先前批次的抗体在电泳迁移率变动分析（EMSA）中使TCF-4:DNA复合物超迁移（Amir, A. L., 2003）。
可使用TCF-4抗体（克隆6H5-3，小鼠单克隆抗体）检测TCF-4（又称免疫球蛋白转录因子2、SL3-3增强因子2），该抗体已通过EMSA、ICC、IHC、IP、WB验证。
