Biochem/physiol Actions
辅酶A(CoA)是基本的生物辅因子，在羧酸代谢（包括短链和长链脂肪酸）中起重要作用。它是一种泛酸衍生物。CoA参与酰基转移，可活化三羧酸循环和脂肪酸代谢中的羰基。有超过100种不同的反应以CoA上的4′-磷酸泛酰巯基乙胺为辅基来源，转移给聚酮合成酶、脂肪酸合酶和非核糖体肽合成酶的载体蛋白。
