Biochem/physiol Actions
可识别囊泡单胺转运蛋白2（VMAT2）。针对C-末端VMAT2肽制备的抗体在用VMAT2转染的CHO的核后上清液中检测到约55 kDa的主要条带，而在野生型细胞中未检测到（Peter et al.1995；Nirenberg et al.1995）。还检测到一些其他条带，包括较高和较低的分子量，并且不受蛋白酶抑制剂的影响。较高的分子量带可代表糖基化的VMAT2（Peter et al. 1995; Nirenberg et al. 1995, Liu et al. 1994）。VMAT2已定位于肾上腺嗜铬细胞、交感神经腱鞘囊肿细胞、胃的肠嗜铬样细胞和CNS中（Peter et al. 1995; Nirenberg et al. 1995; Nirenberg et al. 1996）。 由于大鼠和人VMAT2之间92%的同源性，可能识别人。
