Application
免疫组化：用于丙酮或轻度多聚甲醛固定组织（2-2.5%PFA，短时间）冷冻和4%PFA石蜡包埋{Qin et al 2003 1：500，处理的柠檬酸盐HEIR}
结合所需的Ca++。Ca++必须用于阻断、洗涤和抗体培养缓冲液中。
不推荐传统福尔马林固定。
免疫细胞化学：2 ug/ml（只要Ca2+存在，可用于许多细胞系）
免疫沉淀：5 μg/400 μL裂解物（0.5%triton PBS加Ca++）
FACS：在Ca++存在下，每10e6个细胞2-5μg。
细胞刺激：2-10μ g/ml/10e6细胞。结合缓冲液必须含有1mM Ca++。
ELISA
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
抗整联蛋白β1抗体，克隆P4G11是抗整联蛋白β1的抗体，用于ELISA、FC、IC、IH、IH（P）、IP、FUNC、CULT。
