General description
一种具有细胞可渗透性、可逆性和底物竞争性的磷脂酰肌醇醚类似物，可有效和选择性地抑制Akt(PKB)（IC50为5.0 µM）。中度抑制PI 3-K活性（IC50 = 83.0 µM）。也抑制各种癌症细胞系的生长，IC50值在1-10 µM范围内。
