Application
mPAGE 12% bis-tris凝胶 用于高分辨率的蛋白质分离
- 每孔上样量高达40 μl
- 一般跑胶时间：30 min (MES, 180V) 或34 min (MOPS, 200V)
- 用于 Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN系统时，要反转密封条
- 用于XCell SureLock和其他兼容的电泳槽时， 需搭配接板(货号MPTA)使用。
