Product Description
General description
一种有效、细胞可渗透性且不可逆的caspase-8和颗粒酶B的抑制剂。有效抑制流行性感冒病毒诱导的HeLa细胞凋亡。还抑制颗粒酶B。当与纯化的天然或重组酶一起使用时，需要用酯酶进行预处理。也可使用5 mM（250 µg/76 µl）Z-IETD-FMK（目录号218840）的DMSO溶液。
