Biochem/physiol Actions
The synthetic peptide (RRRFRPASPLRGPPK) contains a serine/threonine protein kinase phosphorylation site and is routinely evaluated as a substrate for DYRK family kinases.
Preparation Note
Reconstitute in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 solution to a final concentration of 1mg/mL.
Store diluted product in aliquots at -20 °C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stability: >1yr at -20 °C.
