Biochem/physiol Actions
现已确知NOTCH2基因参与癌症细胞的增殖、细胞周期进展和集落形成。在肝细胞癌和唾液腺腺样囊性癌中观察到该基因上调。NOTCH2 的敲除增加了癌细胞对化疗药物（如5-氟脲嘧啶）的敏感性。NOTCH2在肝脏发育的调节中起重要作用。
