General description
FLAG BioM2小鼠单克隆抗体通过酰肼键与生物素共价连接。该抗体可识别FLAG融合蛋白N末端、Met-N末端或C末端的FLAG序列。
Application
生物素标记抗体被用于使用亲和素或链霉亲和素偶联报告酶（如链霉亲和素-过氧化物酶）的免疫检测方法。 当使用小鼠细胞作为重组蛋白宿主时，首选一抗偶联物。
抗体适用于免疫荧光、蛋白质免疫印迹、显微镜应用和亲和素-生物素复合物的形成。

Preparation Note
