Optiferrin™是一种无血重组人转铁蛋白。Optiferrin’在细胞培养物中的性能相当于人转铁蛋白（human holo transferrin）。由于其安全性和一致性而具有明显的监管优势。Optiferrin 适用于多种细胞类型，包括干细胞、原代和生物生产细胞。
Application
转铁蛋白人已用于进行免疫沉淀测量。也用于制备 essential 8 培养基。
Biochem/physiol Actions
转铁蛋白促进铁向红细胞和外周组织的转移。刺激人淋巴细胞增殖。该基因的突变与转铁蛋白血症有关。
研究表明，人转铁蛋白可促进照射和移植不相容骨髓后小鼠的异基因嵌合体。
