General description
Ficoll® 溶液是一种高度支化的蔗糖聚合物，也就是所谓的葡聚糖的多分散混合物。Ficoll® 分子是惰性的，不会被近端小管重新吸收。 该结构开放且可变形（并非刚性球体），因此成为“拥挤”实验中的首选。
用于电泳和半抗原载体。最常用于准备密度梯度。
Application
Ficoll®已用于：
- 脐血单核细胞的分离
- CD133 阴性细胞的分离
- 循环内皮祖细胞的分离和扩增。
Other Notes
蔗糖的非离子合成聚合物。
