Seratrodast is a thromboxane A2 (TXA2) receptor (TP receptor) antagonist with anti-asthmatic activity. Seratrodast inhibits the bronchconstriction induced by leukotriene D4 (LTD4), and platelet activating factor (PAF) with a long duration of action.
