General description
C-TEN/TNS4 links the focal adhesion and cell adhesion signaling to the actin cytoskeleton. It may be involved in cell survival and migration. The protein may be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton and promote apoptosis, via its cleavage by caspase-3.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminus of human c-TEN protein.
