General description
Poly（A）被用作DNA和RNA定量沉淀的载体。
Application
聚腺苷酸Poly(A)抑制 Exo1的核酸外切酶活性。还用作重悬冻干 gBlocks 的载体。
Poly（A）已可用于微滴式数字PCR（ddPCR）分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
聚腺苷酸(Poly(A))尾部有3′末端，在细胞核产生。哺乳动物细胞中，约含 250 个核苷酸。Poly(A)可调控mRNA降解和翻译起始。胞质Poly(A)的延伸调控翻译过程。
