Application
Anti-FLJ14768 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 1.25 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml is suitable.
Biochem/physiol Actions
FLJ14768 or Flt3-interacting zinc-finger protein Fiz1 interacts with Flt3 receptor tyrosine kinases to regulate hematopoietic and lymphoid cells. It acts as a repressor of NRL (neural retina leucine zipper) transcription factor that regulates several rod-specific genes including rhodopsin.
