General description
细胞可渗透N-二甲基烯丙基3-羟基吲哚化合物，可选择性染色中性脂质，但不能进行磷脂染色，存在于各种细胞系中，具有明亮的荧光和最小非特异性背景。 与尼罗红相比，可与脂滴产生较强的染色（大约10µM）。经证实，在使用HepG2细胞评估几种已知化合物的肝毒性方面比BODIPY®493/503更有效。 也适用于培育斑马鱼胚胎时脂肪沉着体的染色。可与LipidToxt红色染料结合对中性脂质进行多色成像。
请注意，由于水含量的变化，该化合物的分子量因批次而异。
