General description

2′-脱氧鸟苷5′-三磷酸(dGTP)的结构为鸟嘌呤碱基连接脱氧核糖，糖的5′-羟基位再连接三个磷酸残基链。可用于通过DNA聚合酶合成DNA。
dGTP is a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).

Application

2′-脱氧鸟苷5′-三磷酸三钠盐可用于DNA测序、PCR和其他基于DNA聚合酶的DNA合成和修复技术。
Use dGTP, lithium salt, for DNA sequencing, labeling, and all types of amplification reactions or primer-extension reactions.

• ≥98% dGTP (HPLC), ≤1.5% dGDP (HPLC), ≤0.5% dGMP (HPLC)
• Absorbance determination A₂₅₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₈₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₉₀/A₂₆₀
• DNase activity negative, according to the current Quality Control procedures
• Suitability for PCR
