20-羟基-（5Z，8Z，11Z，14Z）-二十碳四烯酸（20-HETE）是通过细胞色素P4504A的花生四烯酸代谢产物，它是Ras/MAP（微管相关蛋白）途径的激活剂。20-HETE酸是肾脏中主要的花生四烯酸。 它参与调节肾小管的钠、钾和氯化物转运。20-HETE通常以葡糖醛酸结合物的形式排泄在尿液中，有时以游离酸的形式排泄。在大鼠妊娠期间观察到尿液20-HETE增加。
