General description
建议在细胞培养中使用化学成分确定的脂质混合物 1，每升培养基 1 至 10 mL。
Application
脂质混合液1（化学成分确定）已用于：
- 作为含牛血清白蛋白的Bracket-Oliphant(BO)培养基组分，重悬精子沉淀
- 作为球状体培养基补充剂，培养原代人皮下基质血管片段细胞
- 制备脂肪变性细胞模型，用于培养小鼠和人肝细胞
Other Notes
含有非动物源性脂肪酸（2 μg/ml花生四烯酸，以及浓度均为10 μg/ml的亚油酸、亚麻酸、肉豆蔻酸、油酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸）、来自新西兰羊毛′的0.22 mg/ml胆固醇、2.2 mg/ml吐温80、70 μg/ml生育酚乙酸酯和100 mg/ml Pluronic F-68，溶剂为细胞培养用水。
最终产品含10%乙醇（体积）。
