Immunogen
Synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human RHEBL1
Biochem/physiol Actions
RHEBL1 binds GTP and exhibits intrinsic GTPase activity. It may activate NF-kappa-B-mediated gene transcription. RHEBL1 promotes signal transduction through FRAP1, activates RPS6KB1, and is a downstream target of the small GTPase-activating proteins TSC1 and TSC2.
Physical form
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
Other Notes
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: TRVPVVLVGNKADLSPEREVQAVEGKKLAESWGATFMESSARENQLTQGI
