General description
脱氧核苷三磷酸组由四个单独的dATP，dCTP，dGTP和dTTP小瓶组成。每个小瓶包含100 mM的无色透明锂盐溶液（pH 7）。
Application
- 吸光度测定：A250/A260、A280/A260、A290/A260
- 按照现在的质量控制步骤，无DNase活性
- 适用于PCR
使用脱氧核苷三磷酸组锂盐，进行PCR、RT-PCR、DNA测序/循环测序、标记、逆转录和全部类型的扩增反应或引物-延伸反应。
