This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgM coupled to agarose followed by solid phase adsorption(s). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Rabbit Serum, Rat IgM and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against other Rat or Human heavy or light chain proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.4% cross reactivity against Rat IgG and Rat IgA.
