本产品采用单特异性抗血清，通过免疫亲和色谱法制备，使用人 IgG 偶联琼脂糖珠，然后进行固相吸附，以去除任何不希望的反应。通过免疫电泳分析，产生了针对抗山羊血清、人 IgG、人 IgG F (c) 和人血清的单一沉淀弧。未观察到抗人IgG F (ab′) 2 或抗小鼠血清蛋白的反应。通过ELISA确定了特异性，对小鼠IgG至少有0.2%的交叉反应。
