Histopaque®-1083是一种含有聚蔗糖和泛影酸钠的溶液，密度调整至1.083 g/mL。它有助于从大鼠、小鼠和其他小型哺乳动物的少量血液中分离活的单核细胞。
Application
Histopaque®-1083用于从大鼠外周血中分离单核细胞和白细胞。
Biochem/physiol Actions
将抗凝血液铺在HISTOPAQUE1083上。离心时，红细胞被聚多糖聚集并迅速沉淀，而淋巴细胞和其他单个核细胞保留在血浆-HISTOPAQUE1083分界面。红细胞会沉淀到离心管的底部。
