General description
葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6P DH)具有活性的二聚体形式,其单体和四聚体形式是无活性的。在低NADP+和NADPH水平且在正常条件下,酶以四聚体和二聚体形式存在并保持平衡,而在高NADP +和NADPH水平时,这种平衡转变为无活性的四聚体形式。

Biochem/physiol Actions
葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6P-DH)参与戊糖磷酸途径。 它能够催化葡萄糖-6-磷酸(G6P)的氧化,产生葡糖酸内酯-6-磷酸,其中NADP+同时接受氢以形成NADPH,从而维持细胞中的NADPH水平。
