吖啶橙（3,6-双（二甲氨基）吖啶）是一种与核酸结合的细胞渗透性荧光染料。它在与双链DNA结合时发射绿色荧光，与单链DNA或RNA结合时发射红色荧光。它也是一种正溶剂化变色染料。
Application
吖啶橙也可用作溶酶体染料。 它被广泛应用于检测顺势疗法的功效。
