来那度胺，沙利度胺的一种衍生物，是经批准可用于治疗多发性骨髓瘤的一种免疫调节剂。显然，来那度胺是泛素E3连接酶cereblon的一种配体，可诱导该酶降解Ikaros转录因子IKAROS家族锌指1（IKZF1）和IKZF3。来那度胺具有多效抗肿瘤作用。它可用于治疗5q缺失相关骨髓增生异常综合症（del(5q)-MDS）。
