抗-FLAG M2磁珠是可与抗-FLAG M2（小鼠单克隆）抗体结合的4％琼脂糖微珠。 该M2抗体可识别FLAG序列的N-末端、Met N-末端和C-末端。 这可实现对含有FLAG肽序列的融合蛋白的检测和捕获。
