General description
碳酸氢钠(NaHCo3)是实验室常用的碱性缓冲剂(5)。加入细胞培养基后，配合培养箱中的二氧化碳共同维持适宜的pH。除了缓冲作用，碳酸氢钠还能作为钠源，在发酵时用于合成葡糖酸钠。
Application
碳酸氢钠溶液可用于：
- 作为Hanks′平衡盐溶液(HBSS)和recording medium组分，用于大鼠或小鼠组织外植体的培养
- 作为Dulbecco′改良Eagle′培养基(DMEM)组分，用于小鼠组织外植体的培养
- 作为**必需培养基(MEM)组分，用于研究对人结直肠腺癌细胞和乳腺腺癌的细胞毒性
- 制备胶原混合物液滴，用于3D胶原出芽实验
- 制备胶原基质，用于大鼠表皮角质形成细胞(REK)器官型培养
