OGT 2115 is a heparanase (HPSE) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.4 μM) with anti-angiogenesis potency in human endothelial cell cultures (tubule formation IC50 = 1 μM) and no inhibition of major human cytochrome P450 enzymes (Cyp3A4 & Cyp2C9 IC50 > 30 μM).
