General description
二甲基亚砜（DMSO）是一种非质子溶剂。不溶于水的治疗性和有毒分子通常溶于DMSO。液氮与诸如DMSO的冷冻保护剂结合使用是广泛使用的细胞保存方法。DMSO已用于制备多种分子的储备溶液，并同时也作为这些分子的对照。它已用于溶解迁移后细胞的细胞迁移试验。经BPC测试的DMSO也可满足生物技术和组织工程应用的要求。
Application
二甲基亚砜已被用在体内培养和诱导肝星状细胞（HSC）活化中的载体对照。它还被用于制备储备溶液，以研究阿魏酸（FA）对髓核（NP）细胞的细胞毒性。
