Product Description
The mouse Anti-FR4 antibody, clone TH6, binds to folate receptor 4 (FR4), a cell surface receptor for folic acid (vitamin B9). FR4 is constitutively expressed at high levels on mouse CD4+CD25+ natural regulatory T (Treg) cells. The high expression of this marker in combination with CD4 and CD25 allows the distinction between Treg cells and other types of T cells.
