Clone REAL1128 is an antibody fragment derived from the full JNK1 (MAPK8) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL 1128 recognizes JNK1 (MAPK8), also known as c-Jun N-terminal kinase 1 belongs to the MAPK superfamily of stress-activated protein kinasesis. It is involved in various processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, transformation and programmed cell death. JNK1/MAPK8 phosphorylates a number of transcription factors, primarily components of AP-1 such as JUN, JDP2 and ATF2 and thus regulates AP-1 transcriptional activity.
