Retinoic acid receptor gamma, ligand binding domain (RARG-LBD) is a 58.85 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 178-454) expressed as a GST-tagged fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. RARG-LBD is expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands, making it ideal for ligand binding and coregulator recruitment studies.
