General description
Millex™-LG 13 mm无菌装置是注射器操作的过滤器，用于体积为10毫升的溶剂或水性溶液（柱洗脱液、组织培养添加剂、HPLC样品等）的除菌。耐溶剂的一次性 Millex-LG装置配备了 0.2 μm 亲水PTFE 膜。Millex-LG过滤器装置适合作为针头式过滤器，用于溶液的灭菌和净化。
Application
Millex™-LG(0.20 μm)已用于：
- 用于体外实验中无水二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶解化合物的制备
- 作为耐有机溶剂过滤器用于制备无菌3,3′-双十八烷基氧碳花菁高氯酸盐(DiO)乙醇溶液
- 去除小单室囊泡(small unilamellar vesicles)制备中的脂质聚集体
