Product Description
The Spleen Dissociation Kit has been developed for the gentle and rapid generation of single-cell suspensions from mouse spleen. It is optimized for high yield of leukocytes, especially dendritic cells, while preserving all cell surface epitopes. The kit is ideally suited for the time-saving and reproducible preparation of single-cell suspensions in combination with the gentleMACS™ Dissociators.
The Spleen Dissociation Kit is recommended for the generation of single-cell suspensions from mouse spleen prior to the isolation of dendritic cells, for example, when using CD11c MicroBeads, Anti-mPDCA-1 MicroBeads, or Pan DC MicroBeads.
