The gentleMACS Perfusers are exclusively designed for the gentleMACS Perfusion Technology and are used in combination with the gentleMACS Perfusion Sleeves and the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters. They are single-use consumables that enable the gentle and efficient ex vivo perfusion of tissues. During the perfusion process, enzymes are used to digest the tissue and generate highly viable, single-cell suspensions that can be used for a wide variety of different downstream applications, such as cell separation, cell culture, cell or molecular analysis.
