Clone REAL532 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Anti-IgD antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL532 recognizes the IgD antigen. IgD is a monomeric antibody with two heavy chains of the δ class and two Ig light chains. It is expressed by B cells and co-expressed with IgM on the surface of mature and naive B cells. It is also produced in a secreted form that is found in very small amounts in blood serum. IgD is used as a marker for different small B lymphoid cell lymphomas and Hodgkin lymphoma.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
