The Ambion® KDalert™ Lysis Buffer is a replacement component of the KDalert™ GAPDH Assay Kit is for the reliable measurement of GAPDH enzyme activity in cultured human, mouse, or rat cells in less than 30 minutes using a microplate fluorometer. The buffer is supplied in one bottle of 110 ml.
