The gentleMACS Perfusion Sleeves are a key accessory exclusively designed for the gentleMACS Perfusion Technology, and are used in combination with the gentleMACS Perfusers and the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters for the ex vivo perfusion of tissues. They enable the attachment of the gentleMACS Perfusers to the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters by replacing the standard sleeve of the instrument. This accessory ensures the generation of a constant flow of liquid from the base of the Perfuser, through the needles and into the tissue, by compressing the microchannel of the pump membrane located at the base of the Perfuser.
