The MACSxpress® Whole Blood NK Cell Isolation Kit was developed for the isolation of untouched natural killer (NK) cells from anticoagulated whole blood without density gradient centrifugation.
With the new MACSxpress® Technology, untouched human leukocyte subsets can be isolated from up to 30 mL of anticoagulated whole blood. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion using MACSxpress Beads. Simultaneously, erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding untouched target cells of high purity.
NK cells isolated with the MACSxpress® Whole Blood NK Cell Isolation Kit can be used, e.g., for phenotyping, NK cell expansion or cytotoxicity assays.
