The Anti-Nucleus MicroBeads are designed for an easy and fast enrichment of single-nucleus suspensions after the use of the Nuclei Extraction Buffer, in combination with the protocol on the gentleMACS™ Dissociator for fresh or frozen tissues. The enriched nuclei can directly be used for further processing of various downstream applications like single nucleus RNA sequencing. The enrichment protocol is based on the renowned MACS® Technology, which enables rapid enrichment of nuclei with high purity and yield.
