MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bags are gas-permeable and transparent for microscopy.
They are available for five different culture volumes of 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 1000 mL, and 3000 mL.
The bags are individually packed, sterile, and tested for endotoxins.
MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bags are intended for the in vitro cultivation and expansion of cells from heterogeneous hematologic cell populations (e.g. for the generation of dendritic cells from CD14-enriched monocytes).
MACS GMP Products are manufactured and tested under a quality management system (ISO 13485) and are in compliance with relevant GMP guidelines. They are designed following the recommendations of USP <1043> on ancillary materials.
