MACSpep single peptides have been specifically developed for loading onto MHC multimers using the MHC MACSimer FleX Kits for the detection and analysis of antigen-specific T cells with maximum flexibility. They cover a broad range of different MHC alleles and come with a tailored MHC peptide-loading protocol, enabling fast and convenient TCR and epitope screening. Alternatively, MACSpep single peptides can be used for epitope-specific stimulation or expansion of T cells in vitro, as well as for the analysis of virus-directed immune responses under various conditions. Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma (PRAME) belongs to the gene family of cancer/testis antigens and is expressed in different types of human cancers. Its expression has been associated with cancer tumorigenesis, metastasis, and disease outcome in various patients. PRAME has been identified as a potential target for the development of TCR T cell therapies.
